The staff was nice and did their job but I waited nearly an hour past my appointment to be seen. Stop over loading appointments! Or bring on more staff
I have been bringing my 2 rabbits here for 4 years and couldn't be more pleased with the service and treatment we get every time we walk in the door. From the girls at the desk to the techs who do a wonderful job trimming nails every few weeks.
Will never return here! Showed up 20 minutes before my appointment only one other patient there. As I'm waiting 3 other people show up after me well guess what all those people get taken before me. I waited over an hour already then this little snotty little girl tells me I'm going to have to wait an extra 1 hour. All this cause my doctor is on vacation so the doctors there take their patients first even though I made the appointment over a month ago and was there before them. If you don't want the aggravation go some where else. Also the girls at the desk could care less if you wasted your time. Very unprofessional.
The Vets and Technicians are very nice and caring. I don't understand why their front desk staff is soooo rude. They are rude for absolutely no reason.
As a multi-pet home, we spend a great deal of time dealing with veterinary hospitals, and to date, Sayerbrook is the best we have found. We have found the front desk to be consistently helpful, both in person and by phone, and the vets to be thorough and thoughtful with our pets. The techs are consistent, caring and do not rush, which is incredibly helpful when dealing with a fearful dog. I would highly recommend.
Dr. Birmingham is a superstar in my eyes!!! She saved my little guys life. I didn't realize the severity of his sickness until I got home and googled it. She was very certain that we caught it in time and the treatment would work. She was right!
